Our Story and Team
Odigo Learning was built at the intersection of education, industry, and lived experience.
Before founding Odigo, Gillian Levi spent years working in vocational and workforce education—partnering with employers to understand what they truly needed from new hires and future leaders. She saw firsthand where training worked, where it fell short, and how often people were expected to succeed without the right tools or preparation.
That perspective changed again when Gillian became a small business owner herself—launching and growing her own construction company. Suddenly, she was on the other side of the table: bidding work, managing people, navigating compliance, and balancing the demands of leadership with real life.
What became clear was this:
the gap wasn’t always talent—it was alignment.
Workers needed clearer pathways.
Contractors needed practical systems and leadership support.
Organizations needed training that reflected real-world conditions.
Odigo Learning and the Odigo Team was created to close that gap.
Today, our team brings together educators, industry practitioners, and community partners who believe learning should be practical, people-centered, and connected to opportunity. Together, we design programs that build skills, strengthen businesses, and support long-term success—for individuals, employers, and communities alike.
