The 6-Week Roadmap

Sessions are held virtually on Tuesdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Central Time, with hybrid networking opportunities available through Cookies with Contractors and selected Odigo events.

Clarify your business model, capacity, documentation, systems, and readiness to pursue contracts.

Learn how to price work, understand costs, avoid underbidding, and prepare for profitable growth.

Week 3: September 15 — The Bid Package

Understand the components of a strong bid package and how to organize materials for submission.

Week 4: September 22 — Bond-Ready

Learn what bonding, insurance, financial readiness, and risk management mean for your business.

Week 5: September 29 — Removing Barriers

Identify the obstacles holding your business back and build a practical plan to move forward.

Week 6: October 6 — Pitch Competition

Present your business growth plan and compete for preferred partner consideration with Odigo Services LLC.

Pitch Competition Bonus

The final week gives participants an opportunity to present their business, growth plan, and procurement strategy. The winning participant may become a preferred partner of Odigo Services LLC, creating an opportunity to pursue future procurement opportunities together.

Tuition

$1,200

Tuition includes access to all six sessions, cohort materials, trainer engagement, mentorship opportunities, and pitch competition participation.

Scholarships may be available for well-qualified contractors and business owners who demonstrate financial need and strong growth potential.

Hybrid Networking Option

The core program is virtual, but participants may also be invited to participate in Odigo Learning events, including Cookies with Contractors, partner convenings, and selected in-person networking opportunities.
